When life feels overwhelming, you deserve a place to heal.

Compassionate, trauma-informed therapy supporting adults, teens, military families, veterans, and first responders.

Who We Help

At Embers of Hope Therapy, we work with individuals and families who are navigating difficult experiences and looking for a path forward. Many of our clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move through the pain they’ve been carrying.

We specialize in working with:

• Military members and veterans
• First responders and their families
• Adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, or mood disorders
• Individuals coping with grief, loss, or life transitions

Therapy offers a space where your experiences are understood, your story matters, and healing can begin.

A Trauma-Informed Approach to Healing

Trauma can affect how we think, feel, and relate to the world around us. It can show up as anxiety, depression, emotional numbness, hypervigilance, relationship struggles, or a persistent sense that something just isn’t right.

My approach to therapy is grounded in evidence-based practices including:

• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
• Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
• Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Together we work to understand your experiences, build practical coping strategies, and support meaningful, lasting change.
